Our founder, who is a healthcare professional and a mother herself, discovered a substantial gap in the care that is currently provided for postpartum mothers. Through years of research and learning, The Recovery Method was born to fill in this gap. Our mission is to educate healthcare institutions and providers on the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to deliver comprehensive postpartum care.

 

Through online resources, we empower postpartum mothers to take control of their postpartum health. Rooted in evidence-based practices, compassionate care, and inclusivity, our approach is to redefine what postpartum looks like for future generations of women. We encourage not only postpartum moms, but also postpartum providers to learn from each other on how they can best support their communities.
