The Recovery Method
When To start Exercising?
Stretching and exercising postpartum has been proven to rebuild core strength, reduce recovery time, and improve mood and mental health. Gentle stretching and low level exercising is recommended in the first few weeks, but return to vigorous activities may be be resumed after clearance from a healthcare providers, which is usually after 4-8 weeks of healing.
